CYCLISTS' SOCIETY YUGO CYCLING CAMPAIGN STATUTE
(Extract)

Article 1.

Yugo Cycling Campaign is public organization where members are associated in relation to fulfill common goals and objectives defined with this Statute.

Article 2.

Name of the organization is:

• Cyclists' Society – "Yugo Cycling Campaign" (later called YCC)
• Location of the YCC is in Belgrade, Decanska 5, mezzanine 
• YCC undertakes its activities on territory of Serbia and Montenegro

Article 3.

YCC has been qualified as law organization, with rights, duties and responsibilities that come from National Constitution, by law and this Statute.

Article 4.

YCC presents Presidency as collectively-administrative part of YCC and it is represented by President of Presidency. In the case of President's obstruction, he/she is substituted by member of the Presidency defined by the Presidency.

Article 5.

YCC has a seal with names caption as follow:

• Cyclists' Society, "Yugo Cycling Campaign".

Article 6.

With Statute common objectives and issues, mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of members and other bodies are ratified, and other issues of interest for YCC as well.

Objectives and tasks

Article 7.

YCC initiates and coordinates work of its members for realization of common objectives and tasks, in accordance with National Constitution, Citizens' Associations Law and other appropriate legislative of Serbia and Montenegro.

Article 8.

The Society YCC fulfills its goals by:

• carrying permanent activities for cycling development
• developing all types of cycling except competitive
• developing environmental protection
• introducing bicycles into urban transport systems
• improvement of health and fitness of children and young persons
• education of young people
• improving traffic culture
• joining international cycling and ecological movements.

Article 9.

Fulfilling its tasks as a society, according to the Law, YCC:

1. Cooperates with appropriate bodies from the following fields: environment protection, traffic, urban planning, health, tourism, sport and recreation
2. Cooperates with appropriate organizations, particulary with the similar associations and societies, as well as the appropiate organizations in other countries
3. Organizes campaigns, seminars, exhibitions, meetings and appropriate mantifesttions and events
4. Organizes advocaty-promotional activities which support the main goals of the Society
5. Organizes meeting and talks with sport, economic, scientific and other public persons
6. Organizes visits and different manifestations which can provide better achievements of the goals of the Society
7. Organizes promotion and dissemination of different documentary materials from the fields of cycling, environment, sustainable movement, etc.
8. Underatakes education of young persons from the areas of sustainability, environmental protection and traffic.
